Is a Cable Cord in the door expensive to replace?? 97 Lexus ES300..Easy 10!!!!?

Last night I tried to get out of my car and couldn’t get out. I had to roll down the window and open from the outside. From reading online, I think its something called a cable cord that’s causing the issue. If this is so, is this repair expensive? Thanks for your help.

to be fully honest with you, if you go to an auto parts store in your area you can get the cable needed pretty cheep and do the work yourself. The only part that will be hard is removing the interior panel, once you get that done, its all down hill from there.
