Smart key on Lexus LS?

My grandmother has a 2005 white Lexus LS and she recently went to the dealership and had work done and they somehow deactivated the smart key. Now the key won't auto unlock and auto crank with the button. How do you reactivate this? Thanks

There is a button under the dash right were your feet are on the drivers side that says smart access or something like that, sometimes it will be bumped with people getting in and out. just make sure the button is pushed in.
