Same as Toyota or Honda or Acura. It depends on how well the car is taken care of. If you listen to the owners manual and take it to every service interval, then it should last way over 200,000 miles.

This is an important point.It really depends upon the caring and if you take good care of your Lexus is 300 it will last as long .It can go above 200,000 miles thats for sure.
