I'm just wondering what kind of wax do you like best and why. I've been using Meguiars NXT Tech wax now for about 2 years (Switched from mothers) and I love it! nothing creates such a beatiful shine!

I'm partial to what is just laying around in my fathers garage at the time lol... I don't really have an choice sometimes.

I use a little of everything, Meg, Mothers, etc. Just depends on what I feel like purchasing when I'm in the store and how much it costs.

I'm partial to mothers wax mysel. However, I should also comment that I have never tried any other kinds of wax so I don't know if this is the best or not.

I use the basic Meguiars wax that costs around $5.00 at your local wallmart. I'm not sure exactly what it is called, but it does the job for me just fine.

I just purchased my car new a few months back and I'm wondering does the factory wax your car or should I for the first time?

I've always loved the NXT Tech wax by Meguiars. The stuff is pretty expensive @ $15-$20, but well worth every penny!

I've used Mothers on every single car that I've owned and I've owned a lot of them. I don't really see any reason to switch to another brand.

I'm a fan of the cheapest stuff on the shelf lol... it all works the same in my eyes. I don't see paying $20 for a thing of wax.

I've used their produts before and they are about the same quality of the regular Meguiars wax. The NXT wax is different from any kind of wax I have ever used.

Thanks for all the replies... I'm new to car detailing so I really needed some of these tips regarding waxes!
