Thanks! Unregistered 01-13-2008, 04:17 PM I've owned LS-400's and ES-300's, and never used anything but regular unleaded. I've never heard a "ping" yet. Save your money. Feeding it Premium is NOT a treat to the car, it is only to prevent pre-ignition pinging. David msg219 01-13-2008, 07:13 PM Neh, es doesn't require premium fuel it recommends unleaded fuel.
