Currently, my car is at 41, 300 miles. My last oil change was at 36,000 miles. But Lexus dealership oil change is too expensive for me so I'm thinking about doing it at Meineke for the first time.

Since first day, I've been servicing my car at the dealership every 5,000 miles. Is it really necessary to do it every 5,000 miles? Can I do the oil change every 10,000 miles?

Yes you can use normal fossil grade oil. Just make sure it gets changed anywhere from 3K to 5K miles or every three-four months, whichever comes first. Also, make sure to match the viscosity of the oil to the climate you drive in (e.g. I use 10W-30 for my hot climate)
