I love VOLVOS, but I keep on hearing about the luxury of a LEXUS. I want a nice car, but it doesn't have to have the reputation as being luxury.

I take in Volvo trades, quite often and have never found one to be as tight as and ride as well as a Lexus of the same age and having the same miles.
Lexus as been number 1 in dependability ratings for years, Volvo has never been as dependable and is currently around number 23.
Lexus cars are noted for luxury, dependability, and a quiet ride not only when new but years later.
Plus they hold their value.

Depends on the year and model. Volvos are known for being safe and reliable, but Lexuses hold their value MUCH better and tend to have less problems overall.
