I'm a student have have small budget income. Which car would be good for me? I want a reliable car that's not gonna cost too much to fix later down the line. They both have around 200k miles both sellers claim their cars are mechanically sound.

Buy the Honda. Cheaper to buy and cheaper to fix. They go forever. Great on gas too.....

Check out what your insurance would be first before selecting one. Also, see if any of them are car thieves' choices as well as the maintenance cost on repairing them.

I would buy the accord because it will be cheaper to fix than a Lexus if it does break. However, I think you should be able to get a better deal than that. If you have cash, you need to browse the classified ads a bit more or go by your local dealership and ask them about trade ins. I recently bought a 2001 Isuzu Trooper for $2300, and it has been a great vehicle. Don't just jump at the first thing you find. Sometimes it is worth looking around.
