I'm sure their are plenty aftermarket places around the net to get many different things. I would suggest googling for your accessories then googling the companies name to see if they have any bad reports.

Search around different lexus forums and I'm sure you can find some great information on some great companies :)

Now why would you want to modify the IS? I love the way this car looks from the factory.

You are right ,there are many after market places where you can buy accessories very easily.There is no need to search in google.

Ebay is my favorite place to find aftermarket stuff used and new a like.

You have to be very careful when purchasing auto parts from ebay IMO. For instance, aftermarket headlights for any type of car are junk. They aren't sealed right and you will get condensation in them. It all depends on what parts you need :)

There's some type of bootleg made in China MTEC HID conversion kits being sold.You must go with the MTEC made in Japan.The real MTEC kits if you do the conversion.

Like the members above stated, keep an eye out for cheap knock offs. Do you research and you should be just fine :)

I would just suggest tinting your windows and leaving the rest be. To much time and money into the whole car modding thing.

Aftermarket accessories are easily available.When ever you need to purchase auto parts for your Lexus IS just go to auto market and buy the original parts,check the trade mark of the company . There is nothing to worry about.
