I'm wondering how much it would cost to tint my side windows only since it is against the law to do my front and rear. Should I attempt to do it myself or hire a professional?

It would be a little cheaper if you did it yourself, but I would recommend a professional. I had the windows done on a few of my car and it was only a couple hundred bucks or so.

Make sure you check with your local laws to see how dark you are allowed to go on the site. Here in my state you are only allowed 35%. The cops actually made my buddy take his off when they pulled him over.

What percentage were you planning on putting on your side windows? It is really cheap, so I would just let the professionals handle it :)

It mainly depends on your area. In very rare instances you'll have problems with cops. In most cases as long as you aren't doing anything illegal, you'll be just fine :)

You should only have to spend a hundred or two max and I can not say this enough, please let the pros handle this job :)

I would definitely get your windows tinted. Cars looks so much better IMO when they have their windows done up just right.

Did you figure out how much it was going to cost you yet? I'm estimating it at around 100 bucks or so.
