Greg K 10-20-2007, 09:22 AM I work in the auto industry and I help my credit union members purchase vehicles. Here is my advice on what you should look for. The RX 330 is no longer made by Lexus (now its a RX 350). A good guideline is to go to Carsdirect.com and see what they are quoting. Make sure you have the correct options chosen, because Lexus build cars different for different regions. You can go to Lexus.com to get the current build in your region. Then go to Carsdirect.com to get pricing. If you are looking for a Lexus, the best time to buy is December (year end clearance sale). Lexus loads up the dealers with cars and gives them huge incentives to dump them. In December, you could've got an RX 350 for $36,500 ($41,496 MSRP). Unfortunately, you're going to pay $500 to $1,000 more - if you're really, really good at negotiating. Good luck. Greg |
