IS350 hands down!!! It's sportier, more luxerious than the TL, better styling and interior. The TL does have slightly more value, but remember you'll be driving this car alot, so don't go for JUST value, go for overall quality and feel.

Some very high end clutchless cars with paddle shifters can actually change gears faster than manuals, but of course these are Ferraris and such....the IS paddles change gear with almost the same quickness as manuals.

I was considering the IS and TL when making my purchase, I ended up going for the G35 coupe, simply because I wanted a coupe, but the IS was close.

go with the tl-s , the is 350 first of all its automatic wow how fun, and if you read the reviews on yahoo autos, a lot of people have been complaining about the is350 with interior problems. the tl type S is sweet

Depends on your needs. The Acura is much roomier, while the IS350 has less room but personally I think is more attractive and a well built car.
