Looking to find out what the round bar that bolts to the lower control arm is called

strut rod if goes from arm to front of car sway bar if goes from one arm across to other

Need more descriptive info - you may be referring to an 'anti-sway bar'. Does it go across and attach to the lower control arm on the opposite side? If so, then yes, it is an anti-sway bar.

If it is a bar that goes forward at an angle and terminates at the frame, then I'd say you are referring to the 'Strut-Rod' assembly.
