I am stuck between this and I can Buy a 330ci free and clear or I can Lease the lexus and be stuck with a monthly payment.

What is your opinion?

Don't lease, big waste of $$. In a lease, the car isn't yours, it belongs to the dealer. Only until the lease is up, will the car be officially yours. there are soo many restrictions in a lease also. Can't go over a certain mileage per year, month etc.
