My personal impressions: the RDX handles much better, while the Lexus has a slightly nicer interior and better powertrain performance.

I just bought an RX400 and the short list included the RDX and the Infinity EX. The RDX handles much better, but the storage behind the seats is much smaller. Its a pig though....about 14 mpg in city driving. I do better than that in my 911. The RX interior is without question 3 or 4 notches up the luxury scale. The ride is smoother and should have better reliability. Research the RDX's new super 4WD system....it takes lots of $ to maintain.
