When ever i drive and start stoping slowely my steering wheel starts to whobble a little but if i brake rappedly its fine, does anyone know what the problem might be?

have your brake rotors inspected to make sure they are not warped our out of spec. They may still be able to turn the rotors on the lathe or they may have to get new ones.
