Im thinking about checking out this '96 Lexus es300 i found online for $2,800, it has 147k miles, is it a good deal?, is it a reliable car?

details:
-1996 LEXUS ES 300. Excellent condition. The purchase price is $2,800.00 .
-The engine and the transmission are working great. The interior condition looks fantastic. Seats look good. Paint looks Beautiful. No accidents. Sunroof, Leather Seats, Cassette Player, Passenger Airbag, Driver Airbag, Anti-Lock Brakes, Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Locks, Cruise Control
KBB says $4,850-$6,150

If it's in good running condition for $ 2800.

Its a salvage, if you dont know salvage, here is my short version.

If you went shopping for a chair that cost $100. and right next to it the identical chair $40. but the sticker said all 4 legs were broken at one point but now glued together and declared safe... THATS SALVAGE...how safe would you feel sitting on it, never mind going down the hwy at 70 mph
