...217,000 miles, runs like a dream.? Has anyone ever heard of a Lexus going over 300,000 miles with the original engine.

I have heard of many Lexus and Toyota's going over 300,000 mi. A family member of mine currently has a 1992 LS400 with 229,000 mi and still going. She had to replace the timing belt, drive belt, brakes, and rear shocks. Toyotas are extremely reliable cars that will give their owners years of reliable service if they are properly cared for. I would recommend one to anyone who needs a solid, reliable car.
