I trid to change the footlights where when one onpens the dorr they turn on but now i open the door and they dont work because i made da mistake of making the potisitve and negative touch,and i replaced the bulb and still dosent work. Wat should i do?

May have shorted out the circuit and blown the fuse. Check this.
