I jumped in my wife's 2000 ES300 and discovered that she has somehow managed to break part of the large seat position switch. The post that controls the seat bottom tilt has snapped off. Has anyone here replaced that 3 function switch? Other than that, and despite here best efforts the car has been solid, and this is not that big of a deal, but since our daughter took my car to school and I now have to drive the Lexus I'd like to fix it.
