someone is selling a 1994 es 300 with a replaced engine(has papers for it-about 95k miles) . There is no power steering which is why the price is $2000. It can be fixed for $450. Everything else on the car is fine. so $2000 + $450. Is this is bad idea? oh the odometer reads 200k.

It's not bad idea but you should look at something else.
