After years of driving, the inside or my rims are all scratched. It almost looks like some kind of a coating is coming off. Are their any products to fix this?

Are their any products to fix this? What did you do to scratch your rims? sometimes wheel spoke brushes with cleaner that isn't supposed to be on your rims might damage them. |
