I like the 2010 RX 350 less the poor fuel economy. Are there any changes expected for 2011 or major redesigns possible for 2012? ANyone have any experinece with the RX- recommend it? If not, any other similar smaller SUV's that you recommend? Sticking closely to only vehicle that received 5 stars on the IIHS tests for which the Lexus is one- this includes the new roof crush test. Surprisingly the 2010 Honda CRV nearly failed that important latest test- it was a close runner up due to it being a much better $ value.

The RX was redesigned for 2010 so don't expect to see any major changes in 2011 or 2012.
