I'm just wondering which kinds of products I would need to keep my engine bay looking just as good as my exterior? Would it damage the engine at all?

A powerwasher perhaps to get the baked on greese off?

I used kerosene on my engine and it gets all of the grease off. It looks as good as new.

Kerosene will do the trick.... make sure you rinse it down good after words with soap and water :)

I've cleaned mine a few times. Make sure you have a couple other guys to give you a hand. It'll work much quicker.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it unless your planning on showing it off. To much time and hassle.
