I'm looking to buy a Lexus LS 400 for about $7500 it has 169,000 miles on it and my question are:

1. is that too many miles
2. what year did the body style change from 90's to 2000's
3. what should I look out for
4. are they good cars

Like any car, who own it and how well was taken care of.

You have to consider is a high mileage car and in any book still high mileage. That is where the part of how well is maintained comes in place.

I think it is too many miles in this price.Before buying the car you need to check it's all parts, are they in ok position, and ask how the car has been taken care.
