I can't make a decision, which will be better Lexus Sc430 or Dodge Viper according to performance, handling, comfort, riding quality and cost ... Please lend me a a hand... Thanks in advance..

Lexus SC430 for comfort. The Viper isn't comfortable at all - but it's faster..

Ur basically trying to compare two different worlds. lol. Its hard. Viper is faster, unreliable, uncomfortable, but handles better. Neither is really better than the other. just better in different ways.
