I'm new to the forums and I'm thinking of purchasing a Lexus SC, but I'm unsure what I should pay for one. I found this on that I'm interested in, but I'm not sure if the price is fair or not:

That doesn't seem like a bad deal.. Check the service records. You should be able to do that at a Lexus dealership... If it's in good condition in and out, than I think it's probably a good deal..

Awesome! I'll have to go check it out in person, it looks great from the photos though! I'll also have to run a carfax, you can never be to carefull these days.

I've always like the SCs - especially the version you're looking at. Those were the first Lexus' I noticed back in the early 90s...

It's actually not to bad of a deal... I'm sure you can get them down even a little more with a little effort.

Like stated above, see what you can get them down. I'm sure you can get them down at least $600-$700 if not a little more :)

Take it for a drive and see how you like it. It looks pretty clean from what I can tell

It's not to bad of a car... I paid a little more for my car, but it is a little new than that year.

What I can say.It is very simple .Toyota is a company ,working under one flag.Just go to any Lexus show room and inquire about the price.The prices are same every where ,no body can betray you,

So did you ever get a chance to go look at this car? What do you think of it?
