Lexus LS600hL - Possibly the most advanced automobile on the road. The LSh has 12 world's first innovations. Some of the features of the LSh are: Advanced Parking Guidance System, Active Pedestrian Detection System, Front and Rear Pre-Collision System, Rear Climate Control with Infrared Sensors, Pre-Crash Intelligent Headrests, Driver Monitoring System, Intelligent headlamps, Regenerative Breaking System, 8-speed E-CVT transmission, and much more. For luxury the LSh offers: Reclining rear seats, electric ottoman, shiatsu massage, DVD entertainment system, cool box, power rear door sunshades, fold-out wood table, and more. The LS600hL is powered by a 5.0 litre V8 engine and when combined with the electric motor produces 438 hp. The LSh goes 0 to 60 mph in just 5.5 seconds, which isn't bad for a 2.5 ton hybrid. $125,000.

BMW 750Li - A nice luxury car that's made for someone who loves to drive. The 760Li is powered by a 6.0 litre V12 that produces 535 hp and goes 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds. It also features an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 7-series has some good technology including Active Cruise Control, Front Collision Warning System, Night vision with Pedestrian Detection, Lane departure warning, and Active Blind Spot Detection. As for luxury you can get a dual DVD system, rear ventilated seats, rear vanity mirrors, and power rear side door sunshades. $144,000.

The new 7-series is really disappointing to me. All BMW did was copy Lexus and Mercedes. Such as copying Lexus' 8-speed transmission and Pedestrian Detection System. They also copied Merc's Night View Assist. It's understandable to borrow from other brands, but they should at least come up with technology of their own.

In my opinion the best of the two is the Lexus LS600hL.
